Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (Power System / Energy is preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EPC / Engineering projects (Fresh Graduates with strong EPC exposure are welcome)
- Experience in EPC engineering, especially design engineering (DED).
- Familiar with preparation of:
a) BOQ (Bill of Quantity);
b) Electrical drawings and calculations. - Able to prepare and review:
a) Single Line Diagram (SLD);
b) Load calculation, cable sizing, grounding design. - Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with engineering software is a plus (DIgSILENT, PSS/E, or similar).
- Understanding of applicable standards (PLN, PUIL, IEC).
- Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Hard-working, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Willing to be assigned to project sites / remote areas when required.
