Kualifikasi Umum
- Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Engineering or Asset Management.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Management.
- Knowledge and experience in global Renewable Energy Framework, especially Solar Panel (PLTS).
- Integrity through honesty, ethical behavior, and trustworthiness.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level reports to management.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop strategies to optimize the profitability and efficiency of an organization’s physical assets.
- Continue plant performance monitoring, including but not limited to daily generation and equipment condition.
- Continually monitor and analyze asset operations and costs.
- Provide asset operation and maintenance activity reporting from any subcontractor using a standard template.
- Provide advice on asset utilization and feasibility.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing and maintaining physical assets.
- Provide asset performance advice for planning purposes.
- Liaise and negotiate with clients and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain asset registers, including acquisitions, maintenance management, transfers, and valuations.
- Prepare a monthly reconciliation with supporting schedules of the asset registers to the relevant accounting records, and resolve un-cleared items.
- Perform other duties within the officer’s qualifications or as directed by the Asset Manager.
- Support the development of decarbonization plans, including reduction target setting.
