Kualifikasi Umum
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, preferably in the renewable energy or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector.
- Experience in handling procurement for solar power (PLTS) projects is a plus.
Certifications
- Relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or contract management are a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
- Knowledge of the solar energy market, equipment specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for solar power (PLTS) projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality purchases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Work closely with the engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing strategies to optimize procurement decisions.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports for management review.
- Handle vendor performance evaluations and resolve any supply chain issues that arise.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Additional Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Capable of communicating in English (written and spoken).
- Able to join immediately.
