Kualifikasi Umum
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
• Expert in cocoa agronomy with a deep understanding of how to plan and conduct crop surveys
• In-depth understanding of certification programs and documentation related to the programs as well as traceability
• Mandatory prior experience with coffee certification programs and managing certificated supply chains
• Experience in supply chain projects involving multiple stakeholders will be preferred
• Should have exceptional team leadership skills and people skills, able to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Agribusiness
• Minimum Experience 5 years
• Having experiences in nurseries (traditional and professional) , cocoa demo plots, agroforestry demo plots, bud wood garden, CDC Kasimbar, etc.
• Good in communication in both Bahasa and English (Speaking & writing)
• Good in IntraPersonal and Interpersonal communication.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.
