Kualifikasi Umum :
- Have experience in solar PV design and construction.
- Have basic knowledge on solar PV system and electrical or civil engineering.
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good in English both speaking and writing.
- Willing to go on site and work in other cities.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Oversees site construction, ensuring safety, timelines, budget adherence, and standards compliance.
- Coordinates and supervises EPC contractors, subcontractors, and engineers.
- Negotiates and resolves site-specific issues with clients.
- Ensures adherence to company, client, and project policies by coordinating with the EPC team and stakeholders.
- Monitors and reports construction productivity and schedule performance.
- Prepares and organizes project documents, including drawings, reports, and methods.
