Educational Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Instrument Engineering or equivalent of related technical professional.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience of technical knowledge / engineering in Solar PV or work experience in a related industry.
Knowledge:
- Computer literate.
- Solar PV system and product technical knowledge.
- Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skill.
- Profiency of computers and associated systems (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Autocad), business systems, distribution channels. Personality Requirements:
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proactive, able to work under minimum supervision.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A. Technical Support:
- Provide technical consultation and supporting document during pre-sales and after-sales to internal team and customers.
- Responsible for pre-sales technical activities such as POC (Proof of concept), Technical drawing, and Contest for tender.
- Responsible for product Knowledge, including root cause analysis.
- Document and maintain a Technical Library of all product materials.
B. Technical Training:
- Conduct periodic product and application training to internal team and to customers.
- Implement procedures to ensure that training activities are performed in an organized and structured manner.
- Document and maintain a Technical Library of all training materials.
C. Warranty Administration:
- Responsible for warranty assessment / evaluation.
- Coordinate and assist with all warranty issues with the customers and Product Companies as needed.
- Ensure all warranty jobs are closed out timely and with reports and claims to the factory.
