Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or equivalent education
- Proven experience in Renewable Energy/Developper/IPP/EPCC Company or related industry min. 3+ years
- Proven in create and managing commercial construction projects, preferably in a supervisory or project management role
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practice and BOQ Calculations.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with client, contractors and internal Team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication skill, high initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work in team. Coordination capability of Solar power Projects
- Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadline, and manage multiple project costing simulations
