- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field: Master’s degree and automotive background preferred
- Proven experience as a Training Manager in the automotive industry, preferably in electric vehicles
- Strong background in sales training, with expertise in branding and product knowledge training
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers and coordinators
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training program effectiveness
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving industry
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales and after-sales training programs to ensure the highest level of expertise among team members
- Design and deliver training courses related to branding, car product features, and effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making continuous improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, EV technology, and market developments to incorporate into training
- Manage a team of trainers and coordinators, providing guidance and support
