Kualifikasi Umum
• A Bachelor’s degree in environmental science/engineering, Health & Safety Environment Engineer, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent qualifications
• Safety Expert certified by Ministry of Manpower.
• Knowledgeable in HSSE regulations, IFC principles, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, RSB, and SA 8000 requirements.
• Expert in construction safety management systems, boiler operation, and solar PV projects.
• Minimum has 3 (three) years of experience working in project construction, boiler operation, and or solar PV project as HSE officer/supervisor/coordinator.
• Have passion for renewable energy and an entrepreneurial mindset is greatly appreciated, preference of solar projects experience.
• Frequent travel will be required for managing multiple projects.
• Good capacity to train and evaluate the competency of staff and subcontractors.
• Candidates must be excellent at using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
• Fluently speak in Bahasa Indonesia. Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• Be open-minded, agile, dynamic, flexible, and open to new challenges
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Manage the HSSE policy and guidelines, issue and keep it in conformity with the customer’s requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and templates that include the Safety Program File (HSSE Procedure, SOP, and WI), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA), Emergency Response Plans, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), permits, and Site Induction.
• Manage the effective implementation of appropriate Health & Safety, Environmental & Social (H&S, E&S) management system procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation and the customer’s directive for multi-site projects.
• Participate in HSSE-related discussions and Site toolbox talk, Contractor meetings, Client Weekly/Monthly Meetings, Safety Committee Meetings, and Staff Meetings.
• Assist, deliver, and organize HSSE training for employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal BECIS team and external contractors & third party to assist and enhance their HSSE competency and delivery.
• Perform HSSE audit both internal & external and inspection in project construction site and operation site to verify consistency with HSSE procedural, client requirements, HSSE regulatory requirements, and, contractor HSSE plan.
• Coordinate and assist the Site Manager with Incident Investigations to determine Root Causes and recommend appropriate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions.
• Prepare and follow up the HSSE reports and records on weekly/monthly contractor HSSE report, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions from, unsafe observation, incident, Grievance mechanism, Environmental compliances and monitoring, Waste management, and system performance.
• Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and coordinate these with local teams.
• Train and carry out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
• Perform HSSE tasks or other duties as required.
