- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or business studies;
- Having experience 2 years or more in renewable energy section, solar inverter, Energy storage or any electrical company business or in the electric power sector;
- Capable of international business negotiation and market evaluation;
- Have the ability to independently develop customers and operate projects;
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
- Familiar with the product knowledge and market situation of the electric power industry is preferred;
- Accept assignments and business trips within the region.
- Responsible for exploring new customers like photovoltaic distributors and installers in Indonesia; introducing our company’s strengths and products to customers, so that our company can successfully become a new inverter supplier for customers.
- Understand and collect relevant market and customer information; find information about other inverter manufacturers used by customers: product information, price, and inventory. Understand the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors.
- Maintain existing customers: regular visits to existing customers, promote the company’s products, understand customers’ purchasing plans, organize after-sales, and market personnel to conduct product training and explanations for customers. Make sales deals and complete monthly sales targets.
