Kualifikasi Umum

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from all majors or MBA Preferred
  2. Minimum 10 years experience with strategic account experience in oil and gas, B2B, banking, or heavy equipment industries
  3. Max. age 35 years old
  4. Strong negotiation skills, with excellent presentation, written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia Languages
  5. Strong leadership and ability to work in a cross-functional team
  6. Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and be goal-oriented
  7. Preferably speak Mandarin

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and lead the customer sales strategy, resources coordination, and meeting or exceeding the revenue and profit expectations for designated strategic national accounts
  2. Manage revenue and growth opportunities within assigned and new accounts
  3. Forster long-lasting, positive working relationships between the accounts and checkpoint
  4. Understand the customer and their needs and effectively offer insight and intelligence with respect to customer demands
  5. Conduct account reviews to keep management updated on key progress indicators
  6. Serve as the primary contact for your accounts
  7. Ensure complete support and visibility around the company’s highest value customers
