Wind and solar power plants were built in India on the basis of a big push for India’s green energy drive. This hybrid power plant was built by the Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) company in Jaisalmer with an electrical capacity of 390 MW. Hybrid Wind-Solar Energy is considered an important way to meet India’s growing green energy needs.

The plant will be the first hybrid wind-solar power plant in India. Hybrid power generation is integrated through solar and wind power generation. The power plant exploits the full potential of renewable energy by completing the generation intermittency. In addition, it also provides a more reliable solution to meet the increasing demand for electricity.
